"WHIMSICAL" seems to flow out of her paint brush with ease, especially when designing juvenile and holiday collections. "I love to create characters, patterns and designs that make people smile!" Tara explains. "And to me, holidays are about relaxing, having fun and finding the kid inside, no matter how old you are, so those collections lean towards the more whimsical end of things as well."
